Tennessee Volunteer Football David Sanders Jr. Visits Ohio State

Five-star Tennessee offensive tackle David Sanders Jr. made a shocking trip to Ohio State on Saturday.

Tennessee has done a good job of getting its recruits back on campus, but for the first time in this class, they got scared inside the circle of commitment.

This panic occurs when David Sanders visits Ohio State. The Buckeyes faced the Indiana Hoosiers today as it was the biggest and most anticipated game of the day. Sanders finalized his decision when he committed to the Vols over the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Buckeyes, and has yet to show any signs of interest in either school.

This is the five-star’s first visit outside of Tennessee to another college since his verbal commitment to the Vols.

The Vols will have to continue to compete for Sanders, despite his commitment, as the Buckeyes will try to turn around the top offensive tackle in the country by doing everything they can, including five-star Tavien St. Clair, who is a five-star QB committed to the Buckeyes. Sander is your priority. Head coach Ryan Day also reportedly approached Sanders before anyone else made him a priority.

This visit came as a surprise, which appeared only a few hours before the competition.
