Police advise people to avoid two different areas during active incident – InForum

FARGO — Fargo police are asking people to avoid two different areas of the city as they deal with an active incident.

WDAY News recorded police activity in several areas Saturday morning around 3:00 a.m.

Police set up a perimeter near the 5500 block of 36th Avenue South. It is east of Veterans and north of Sheyenne High School.

Police were also active near the 800 block of North 34th Street. It’s south of the Stamart tourist center.

WDAY contacted police, who said the public should avoid the area.

Police say there is no known threat to the public at this time.
