Bill, co-owner of Acai Underworld in Landsdowne in Sydney’s south-west suburbs, regularly turns away 100 customer cars a night because the car park is already full.

He became a cult figure on social media. His food truck carries about 100 bright purple, 10-pound buckets of frozen acai pulp per week, which he turns into delicious acai-based desserts with toppings including granola, banana, strawberry, biscoff, peanut butter and Nutella.
